Ghaly On Loan To Derby

Hossan Ghaly

Tottenham misfit Hossam Ghaly has completed a loan move to Derby for the remainder of the season. Ghaly joined the club two years ago and featured regularly in the 2006-07 season before an incident late in the season saw him throw his shirt on the ground as he was substitued not long after being bought on against Blackburn Rovers.

Ghaly, 26, scored two goals for the club and also provided a number of assist, he was also influential in the FA Cup game against Chelsea in which we lead by two goals before going on to draw the match, we went on to lose in the replay.

Despite some decent performances in a Spurs shirt few fans will be sad to see the back of him after he became a figure of hate following the shirt throwing incident.
