Sam Allardyce’s ?Blackburn Rovers have completed the signing of right back Pascal Chimbonda for a fee of around ?1.5million. The defender returned to White Hart Lane in January after spending half a season at Sunderland.
He has made 103 appearances for Spurs and scored 4 goals since signing from Wigan on transfer deadline day in 2006.
